Embassy of Congo in Cuba

Congolese citizens in Cuba looked up consular procedures by phone, or on pages that were not official. The embassy had no way to publish reliable information.

I carried the project end to end: architecture, development, hosting, launch. The site publishes consular procedures, forms, contacts and news, in French and Spanish, each language under its own addresses.

I then handed editing access to the officer in charge of news: the embassy publishes on its own.
